I'm Ann — a physiotherapist and personal trainer with over 10 years of experience working with people. Originally from Poland, I now live and train in Cabarete, Dominican Republic, one of the most beautiful corners of the Caribbean.
My approach combines physiotherapy knowledge with functional movement — every session is designed to be effective, varied, and actually enjoyable. Whether you're working on strength, mobility, or reshaping your body, I'll make sure you train at the right intensity and feel the results.
My focus areas are glutes, legs, and core — and I believe that real fitness feels good, not just hard.

Group Classes
Outdoor beach sessions for up to 15 people, held six days a week on the Caribbean coast. Three alternating training blocks — Full Body, HIIT, and Booty Legs & Core — keep every week balanced and progressive. Suitable for all levels; every exercise is fully scalable.
Personal Training
One-on-one sessions designed entirely around you — your goal, your fitness level, your physical condition. With a physiotherapy background, Ania works safely around injuries and specific limitations. No generic plans, no templates. Beach, accommodation, or gym.
Group Classes
Train together on the beach.
60-minute sessions held six days a week at Playa Encuentro and Playa Cabarete. Every session works as a standalone workout and as part of a balanced weekly plan.

Full Body Beach Workout
A complete full-body workout combining strength training, core stabilisation, and functional movement patterns. We use bodyweight, resistance bands, and simple equipment adapted to the beach. Every exercise is technique-focused and fully scalable — beginners and experienced athletes train side by side at the right intensity.

HIIT Beach / Conditioning
High-intensity intervals mixed with conditioning drills to push your cardiovascular system and burn serious calories. Dynamic full-body movements, sprint variations, and active recovery — all on sand, which adds natural resistance and raises the effort of every rep. Expect to leave completely spent.

Booty, Legs & Core
Focused on sculpting and strengthening the glutes, thighs, and deep core with exercises that actually deliver visible results. This block blends isolation work with compound movements, progressive overload, and precise technique cues — the combination that makes the difference between going through the motions and genuinely changing your body.

Open-air training on the sand with nothing but ocean and palm trees around you. The natural instability of sand adds resistance, improves balance, and makes every movement more demanding. Fresh air, no walls, and a setting that makes the effort feel worth it.

A well-equipped gym in the Cabarete area with all the tools needed for serious strength and conditioning work. Barbells, dumbbells, cables, and machines — ideal when the goal is progressive overload, heavier lifts, or structured strength programming alongside outdoor sessions.
